Program Overview

OpontiaGrad

9 Month Program, for Recent Graduates

If you have recently completed an undergraduate degree, you are eligible to apply for an OpontiaGrad Internship. This is a 9 Month program where OpontiaGrads will spend their time focused in one vertical - Finance, HR, Brand Management, Operations or Marketing - developing their skills through hands-on projects and responsibilities. This opportunity is paid and can be converted to a full-time position for the right candidate, depending on business needs.

Technical Apprentice

6 Month Program, for Recent Graduates and Current Students

6 Month Program, for Recent Graduates and Current Students Current students and recent graduates can apply to join Opontia in this rotating 6-month program where they will spend their time with multiple departments. The experience of every Technical Apprentice will be unique as everyone will have opportunities to support different projects that can have company-wide impact. This opportunity is paid but does not convert into a full-time position.

Short Term/Summer Internship Role

3 Month Program, for Current Students

Short-term internships are offered on an as-needed basis, and can be full or part-time. Interns will focus on a specific department or project; this internship is paid but does not convert into a full-time position.

Application process

STEP 01

Submit CV, upload Academic Transcript and please fill out all mandatory application questions

STEP 02

Shortlisted candidates will conduct a Video Interview with HR from the regional home office (Dubai Istanbul, Riyadh, or Warsaw)

STEP 03

Video Interview with Head of Department or a Peer

STEP 04

Technical interview — the format will depend on the position; this interview will be conducted either by presenting a case study or any other exercise relevant to the position
